SIT to hold public meetings on UKSSSC exam allegations

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) will hold public interaction meetings in Haridwar and Tehri districts regarding the alleged irregularities of the graduate-level exam paper held under the Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC).

The meeting will be held at the Haridwar district collectorate auditorium from 12 PM to 1 PM on September 27. It will be held at the Tehri district collectorate auditorium on September 29 at the same time. The SIT is continuing its inquiry into the allegations related to the UKSSSC graduate-level recruitment examination.

The officials said that the meetings will allow candidates, their parents, coaching institutes and other concerned individuals to share their questions, doubts and any information related to the case directly with the investigation team. The State government formed the SIT on September 24 which is being led by Dehradun superintendent of police (Rural) Jaya Baluni. The SIT has advanced its investigation and will use these meetings to gather relevant input from the public, as per the officials.
