In latest news from Uttarakhand, St Joseph College won the 8th Rohit Tandon Table Tennis Championship organised under the aegis of New Club Nainital for the third consecutive year in the boys’ category while in the girls’ category, Mohan Lal Sah Bal Vidya Mandir won the championship. Notably, Ravi Tandon and Rajat Tandon started this competition in the memory of their brother Rohit Tandon.
The president of the District Table Tennis Association Rakesh Gupta said that they would provide all possible support to make this competition even bigger so as to provide the budding players with better opportunity to hone their skills. The secretary of the District TT Association Samit Tikku was also present on the occasion.
