In latest Uttarakhand news, with road accidents continuing to take toll of lives in Uttarakhand, a nine-year-old girl was killed in a road mishap that happened in Ampadav area on the Jeolikote-Nainital highway as the car crashed into gorges. Also, seven others were injured in the accident. Police transported the injured to Sushila Tiwari Hospital, Haldwani.
It is learnt that Mohammad Parvez, a resident of Jhankat, Khatima in Udham Singh Nagar district, had come to Nainital to visit his relatives and friends and when they were returning home the accident occurred. The deceased girl was identified as Ayesha.
