One person was killed while two others were seriously injured when the truck they were in veered off Adni-Rontal motor road in Chinyalisour area of Uttarkashi district at around at 1:50 PM.
The deceased was identified as 32-year-old Ajay Singh, a resident of Kumrada village. His body remained trapped inside the mangled car until the rescue team pulled it out. The injured were taken to CHC, Chinyalisour. One of them was later referred to Doon Hospital as his condition worsened.
