Joshi inspects last phase of construction of Sainya Dham

The Soldier Welfare minister Ganesh Joshi visited the Sainnya Dham at Guniyal Gaon here on Saturday and inspected the ongoing construction work. The work at the Sainya Dham is at its last phase of the construction. In his visit, the minister directed the officers to complete all the preparations in time before its proposed inauguration. He said that the Sainya Dham will be inaugurated on November 9 during the expected visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He said that the Sainnya Dham is a symbol of reverence for the soldiers and will soon be opened for the general public. The minister said that the construction of Sainya Dham is the result of the vision of PM Modi and the commitment of Pushkar Singh Dhami government of the State.
He claimed that the Sainya Dham is being constructed after the study of many war memorials in the country and will be the most magnificent of all the memorials.
The minister said that Baba Harbhajan Singh and Jaswant Singh are revered by the Indian army and forwarding the tradition, facilities such as museum, theatre and sound and light shows are being developed at Sainnya Dham.
The minister said that the Dham is being constructed to express gratitude towards martyrs and to preserve the glorious past of valour of the armed forces.
