Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami stated that development works in Uttarakhand are progressing rapidly while preserving and promoting the State’s rich culture, traditions and unique identity. He said this on Wednesday during the release of a special album featuring songs about the achievements of his five-year tenure. The album was produced by Panchvati Films Production and the Adarsh Industrial Autonomous Cooperative (Adarsh Sanstha) at the CM Camp Office.

Dhami congratulated the producer-director, lyricist, composer, singer and all other artists involved in the album, as well as the officials from Adarsh Sanstha, for their efforts. He highlighted that the initiative to communicate Uttarakhand’s development journey and the positive changes occurring in the State through music is commendable. “The State government is continuously working for the overall development of Uttarakhand. Special efforts are being made to increase employment and self-employment opportunities, promote tourism, empower women and create new opportunities for the youth,” Dhami said.

On this occasion, president of Adarsh Sanstha Asha Kothari welcomed the CM by presenting him with a shawl and a memento. She praised the development work undertaken in the State under the CM’s leadership and highlighted various important decisions made in the public interest. CM also honoured the album’s producer, Uttam Singh Bhandari, among others involved in the album.
