Project GROW 2.0 concludes at UPES

UPES concluded Project GROW 2.0, a collaborative initiative led by the School for Life (SFL), SFL Ambassadors and the Human Resources team. Designed to strengthen English language proficiency and communication skills among women housekeeping staff, the programme created meaningful opportunities for personal growth while fostering experiential learning among students, UPES said. The programme was inaugurated on March 6 and over seven weeks, 27 participants engaged in interactive learning sessions delivered by 10 student facilitators representing different schools and departments across UPES.
Building on the success of Project GROW 1.0, the second edition expanded its focus to empower women housekeeping staff at the Kandoli campus through structured language-learning sessions tailored to practical, everyday communication needs
The vice- chancellor, UPES, Sunil Raisaid thatproject GROW 2.0 reflected their commitment to building an inclusive university ecosystem where every individual has access to opportunities for growth, confidence and self-development.
At the conclusion of the programme, certificates were presented to both participants and student facilitators by Atri Nautiyal, Gaurav Misra and members of the School for Life faculty team, to recognise their dedication and commitment throughout the programme.
