Durgesh Lal who had contested the last assembly elections from Purola assembly constituency in the year 2017 joined the Congress party on Wednesday.
He was admitted to the party along with his supporters by the PCC president Ganesh Godiyal at Congress Bhawan. Speaking on the occasion Lal said that the Congress is the only party which gives respect to every section of the society.
