In latest news from Doon, with the mercury going up across Uttarakhand, the meteorological department has issued yellow alert of heavy rain and hail starting from May 4 for a number of districts, including Uttatkashi, Chamoli, Rudraprayag, Pithoragarh, Bageshwar and Dehradun. The climate will start changing since May 4 evening and it may rain torrentially in several districts, the weather forecast said.
