RIMC wins 24th Asian challenge

Various schools participated in the 24th Asian Challenge organised by The Asian School. The debate was held on the motion- environmental protection must take precedence over national economic interests. During the said competition, RIMC secured the Rolling Trophy and a cash prize of Rs. 15,000, surpassing 15 participating institutions. Further, the team from St Joseph’s Academy, comprising Jaivant Sahni and Anmol Ahuja, secured the position of first runners-up, earning a cash prize of Rs 5,000.
The others who were awarded include -best speaker (for) — Trijal Malik of RIMC, best speaker (against) — Anwesha Mamgain of The Asian School, best rebuttal (for) — Chitraksh Sood from Shikshankur School, best rebuttal (against) — Sanchit Batra from Ann Mary School. Trijal Malik and Aviral Kaurav of RIMC were adjudged the best team.
Speaking on the occasion, entrepreneur and wildlife photographer Surabhi Sapra, educators Neeraja Sisodia and Charu Nautiyal congratulated the winners, stating that the topic was eloquently addressed by the students. Principal Ruchi Pradhan Datta awarded the winners on the occasion.
