The school education department has resumed the stalled process of recruitment of the Block Resource Person (BRP) and Cluster Resource Person (CRP). Education minister Dhan Singh Rawat said that the department had approached the Skill Development and Employment department to remove the technical hindrances in the recruitment process following which it solved the problem faced by applicants by incorporating a small amendment in the Government Order.
The minister confirmed that the new recruitment will be done as per the amended GO. He said that the Prayag portal has been reopened for a period of seven days for the applicants. Rawat said that the recruitment of BRP and CRP will be done on 955 vacant posts of BRP and CRP. The minister said that a district wise merit list of the candidates will be prepared for the recruitment of BRP and CRP and claimed that the process will get completed within two weeks.
He said that the appointment of the BRP and CRP will give a boost to the monitoring activities in the schools of the State. Rawat said that new appointments will also relieve hundreds of teachers for their schools which will improve the academic and other activities in the schools of the State.
