Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University has started a grievance portal on its website with the objective of ensuring that the students do not have to visit the headquarters to resolve their problems. The university sources further claimed that their problems would be resolved in a week following their registration. “Students can now register their complaints from home,” a university official said.
The vice chancellor, Prof N K Joshi said that he himself is monitoring the portal for prompt redressal of the students’ complaints.
