The Shri Guru Ram Rai (SGRR) University has entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) on Tuesday. The MoU was signed by the university registrar Deepak Sahni and ICSI president Devendra V Deshpande in the presence of the university vice chancellor US Rawat.
Rawat informed the audience about the history of SGRR Education Mission and the efforts made for society.
The ICSI is the only recognised professional body in India to develop and regulate the profession of Company Secretaries in India. The objective of the MOU is facilitate the two institutions for providing the necessary knowledge and skills for academic, research and training excellence.
