Sherwood student Shoorvir tops Nainital in 10th board exam

In the 10th board examination conducted by the Indian Council of Secondary Education (ICSE), Sherwood College student Shoorvir Gupta topped Nainital city with 98.8 per cent marks while St Mary’s Convent student Maitriyi Bista came second and Sherwood College student Divyam Agarwal came third. The results of all the schools in the city were 100 per cent success.

Sherwood College Yatharth Singh secured third position in the school with 93.8 per cent marks.  A total of 70 students participated in the examination and all passed. Snigdha Sharma, a student of St Mary’s Convent College, secured second position in the school with 97.4 per cent while Priyanshi Bista secured third position in the school with 95 per cent marks. All Saints’ College student Manya Ashi topped the school with 97.4 per cent marks while Akanksha Agarwal secured second place with 96.4 per cent marks and Arya Agarwal secured third place in the school with 95 per cent marks. A total of 61 students sat for the examination and all the students passed. In St. Joseph’s College, Arun Gangola and Mayank Raikwal jointly secured first place in the school with 94.8 per cent marks while Sarthak Singh Rawat secured second place with 94.2 per cent marks and Anshdeep Singh secured third place in the school with 93.4 per cent marks. The school’s examination result was 100 per cent success.
