The SJVN Limited marked International Women’s Day with director (personnel) Geeta Kapur inaugurating the event in presence of CGM (HR) DP Kaushal and others. Mountaineer and motivational speaker Arunima Sinha delivered a talk on the occasion.
She shared her experiences and life story of being pushed from a running train by robbers while she was resisting them and losing her leg after doctors amputated it, to save her life. Kapur stated that lessons must be learnt from the incredible struggle women like Sinha who have paved the way for others to follow.
