The ‘operation Kalnemi’ started by the State administration against the imposters engaging in defrauding people in the garb of ascetics, has become an issue of countrywide discussion.
On Monday #OperationKaalnemi remained trending on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter) with many users appreciating the campaign undertaken by the Uttarakhand government and chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. It remained top trending on the ‘X’ for hours on Monday.
Operation Kalnemi commenced on July 10 in all parts of the State. More than 200 imposters have so far been sent behind the bars in the State.
