Four MPs from Uttarakhand- Trivendra Singh Rawat from Haridwar, Ajay Bhatt from Nainital-Udham Singh Nagar, Anil Baluni from Pauri and Mala Rajyalakshmi Shah from Tehri- met the Union Home Minister, Amit Shah in Delhi regarding the LUCC chit fund scam. Notably, CBI is all set to start investigation into the scam with the chief minister’s approval.
Baluni wrote on his social media post that they had urged Shah to take stern action against the promoters of the fraud so that the hard-earned money of the people of the hills could be returned to them.
They also requested the Union Home Minister to bring back the promoters of LUCC fraud case to the country with the help of Interpol and make them face justice.
