Students of various schools in Nainital secured high marks in the CBSE X and XII board examinations. In the Parvati Prema Jagati Saraswati Vihar senior secondary school, Yashmita Vaishya topped XII science stream with 97.4 per cent followed by Akarsh with 96.8 per cent and Shishtachar with 95.8 per cent. Govind Kumat topped with commerce stream with 94 per cent, Abhay Pratap Singh scored 92.8 per cent and Ketan Yaduvanshi, Privanshu Kandpal and Kshitij Kalakoti scored 92 per cent each. Saint Xavier college secured a 100 per cent result with Ashish Yadav topping with 96 per cent, Sumit Joshi scored 90 per cent and Pranjal Bisht scored 89 per cent. Birla Vidya Mandir also secured a 100 per cent result. Shashank Agrawal topped commerce stream with 95.4 per cent, Divyansh Pratap Singh and Samarth Jaiswal topped science stream with 95 per cent each.At Sanawal public school Prajwal Chandola topped the school.
In class X, Parvati Prema Jagati Saraswati Vihar senior secondary school, Shobhit Gupta topped with 97.6 per cent, Mayank Yaduvanshi scored 97.4 per cent while Vaibhav Narayan and Varun Joshi scored 97 per cent each. In Birla Vidya Mandir, Dhairya Jain, Madhav Kapoor and Akash Garg scored 97.2 per cent each to top the school. Longview Public School saw Ojas Joshi topping with 97.4 per cent, Dhruv Bisht scored 96.6 per cent and Manav Singh Pachai scored 95.4 per cent. In Sanawal school, Kritarth Joshi topped with 96.4 per cent, Nitin Verma scored 96 per cent and Krishna scored 92.4 per cent. In Saint Xavier school, Harshika Bhandari topped with 75.6 per cent, Bani Arya scored 72.6 per cent and Manisha Joshi scored 69.6 per cent.
