The chief development officer (CDO), Haridwar, Akanksha Konde expressed her dismay over slow progress in scholarship registration for the academic session 2025-26. In a review meeting held at Vikas Bhawan, Roshanabad on Thursday, she pulled up the district chief education officer and district social welfare officer for receiving fewer applications from the district on the National Scholarship Portal.
She gave clear instructions that no eligible student of the district should be deprived of scholarship, stressing on coordination of all departments concerned to work together in this matter.
