Noted television actress Surabhi Jyoti of ‘Nagin’ fame got married to actor and producer Sumit Suri at a resort in Ramnagar on the weekend. Various television actors and MP Chirag Paswan were among those who attended the marriage function. The newly married couple departed from Ramnagar on Monday morning.
Following Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call for holding destination weddings in Uttarakhand, many are choosing to enter the wedlock at Ramnagar in Nainital district. Suri and Jyoti got married at a resort at Sanvalde in Ramnagar. The marriage function was spread across three days, culminating on Sunday. The managing director of the resort, Kamal Tripathi informed that the couple got married on Sunday night. They left Ramnagar on Monday morning. More than 50 television actors and actresses were among those who attended the marriage programme, he added.
