Uttarakhand Gramin Bank (UGB)’s Dehradun regional office hosted a customer connect programme at Windsor Court Housing Society here to the mark the Holi festival at which the senior officers of the bank provided detailed information about various schemes it has rolled out for its customers. Among those present on the occasion were the regional manager, K M Sharma; managers Yashwant Kumar and Asish Ghildiyal and branch manager, Hari Singh Rawat.
Also, they told the customers and others present about the customer service-related directives issued by the Reserve Bank of India and NABARD. They further made them aware of the dangers of cyber and other online financial frauds to help them have safe financial transactions.
