Haridwar-Rishikesh corridor master plan futuristic: CM

In latest news from Uttarakhand, the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the dialogue-based master plan for the Haridwar-Rishikesh corridor was being prepared while keeping in mind the developmental requirements of the next 50 years. He said this while addressing the 50th foundation day programme of the Maharaja Agrasen Agarwal Ashram Trust here. He also mentioned several initiatives his government had taken recently like the uniform civil code, anti-copying act, anti-conversion act and anti-encroachment drives. Hailing the works being done by the trust over the past five decades, Dhami said that it has remained a centre of social service, religious revival and preservation of culture.

Among the dignitaries present were Bhagat Singh Koshyari, Trivendra Singh Rawat and Madan Kaushik.
