The Uttarakhand Postal Circle will organise its monthly postal court on September 29 at 4 PM at the Circle Office in Dehradun to address complaints and grievances related to postal services.
According to the official, customers can submit complaints concerning registered post, parcels, business post, money orders and savings bank services.
The complaints should contain clear and complete details of the grievance and must reach the designated officer at the Circle Office by September 29.
The official said that a separate complaint letter must be submitted for each grievance. Applicants have also been asked to clearly write “Complaint for Postal Court” on the top of the letter.
However, complaints relating to matters that have already been decided by a court, cases pending before a consumer forum, matters already disposed of by the Directorate General of Posts or issues previously taken up in a postal court will not be entertained.
Vague or incomplete complaints will also not be considered, officials said.
