PNS/ BAGESHWAR
The historic Uttarayani Mela started with traditional fervour with the Kumaon commissioner Deepak Rawat and the Bageshwar district magistrate Ashish Bhatgain having green-lighted the tableau on the occasion. The tableau, depicting the local culture as well as the culture of other parts of the country started its journey in the Tehsil premises and ended at Numaish ground.
