The Uttarakhand Vidyalayi Shiksha Parishad (UVSP) declared the results of the Class X and Class XII result improvement examinations for the year 2025 (first time) and the result improvement examination for the year 2024 (third time) on Friday. The results were released by the UVSP chairman Mukul Kumar Sati.
Informing about the result improvement examination in detail, Sati informed that for the year 2025 (first time) a total of 6,657 students registered for the class X examination, of which 5,944 appeared and 4,837 passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 81.38 per cent. In the class X examinations for the year 2024 (third time), 53 students registered, 38 appeared and 25 passed, yielding a pass percentage of 65.79 per cent.
In the class XII examination for the year 2025 (first time), 9,154 students registered, 8,778 appeared and 6,695 were declared successful, achieving a pass percentage of 76.27 per cent. Similarly, in the class XII examination for the year 2024 (third time), 145 students registered, 124 appeared and 75 passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 60.48 per cent, he said.
Further, UVSP secretary Vinod Simalti expressed gratitude to chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and the education minister for their support. He also said that a total of 155 examiners were appointed for the evaluation process for the said examination.
Notably, the result improvement examinations for classes X and XII were conducted from August 4 to August 11, 2025. The evaluation of these examinations took place from August 18 to 19 and September 19 to 21.
