Commissioner of Kumaon Division Deepak Rawat reprimanded the Ramnagar SDM and Tehsildar during Janata Darbar on the matter of measurement of land by the retired Amins in Ramnagar Tehsil. He said it is not justified to have the land measured by the retired Amins. He said that the retired Amins do not have the license to measure land. He warned that stern action would be taken if such cases repeat. He also stressed on the revenue department getting the revenue records and works done by its subordinates.
