In latest Uttrakhand news, while in Uttar Pradesh in connection with the BJP’s mega public outreach campaign to mark Narendra Modi government’s completion of nine years in office, the Uttarakhand health and cooperative minister Dhan Singh Rawat has visited health facility and cooperative bank in Basti district. While visiting Maharshi Vashishtha Autonomous State Medical College, he collected information about the management policies of the institution. During this visit, the UP cabinet minister Rakesh Sachan and MP Harish Dwivedi accompanied him. This aside, Rawat visited the district cooperative bank and talked to the bank officials about the ongoing projects and the future projects. He also informed them about the works being done in cooperative sector in Uttarakhand.
In a press release issued, the minister said that he had talked to the staff members and the students of the Maharshi Vashishtha Autonomous State Medical College. Besides, he talked to the patients admitted at the facility and the nurses.
