In latest news from Uttarakhand, the controller of examinations of Kumaun University Mahendra Singh Rana visited all the examination halls in the DSB campus and then directed the centre administrators and room inspectors to ensure that examinations are held sans cheating. Earlier, he had taken detailed information regarding CCTV, seating plan and number of room inspectors at the centres. He stressed that all the guidelines being issued from time to time on examinations must be followed completely and added that there should be proper lighting arrangements in the examination halls.
Rana told the room inspectors that as the university examinations are being conducted through OMR sheets for the first time, several things should be kept in mind like the use of black or blue ball pens in filling the OMR sheets.
