CM presides over restoration of Kangura Nagraj Temple

While participating in the restoration ceremony of Shri Kangura Nagraj Temple here, the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that a detailed project report (DPR) worth Rs two crore aimed to transform this region developmentally is being prepared and would be approved promptly by the State government. He further announced that a guest house fitted with al modern facilities and a huge water storage tank would be set up here as part of the development scheme.

Dwelling on the fast-paced development going on in the State, he said that so far about one lakh women in the State have been benefited by the Lakhpati Didi schemes and the target is to make one and a half lakh sisters lakhpati by 2025.  

The locals served a memorandum to the CM, detailing the projects which they expect to come up. Dhami said that his government would take positive steps on the demands after their feasibility is studied. Later, while addressing the press, he said that many proposals, including that for Chham-Baldogi suspension bridge, have been received. “A report on the Chham-Baldogi suspension bridge is being prepared now,” he added.

He further reiterated his government’s determination to help the State emerge as a leading state in India by 2025.
