University of Patanjali holds key prep meeting for 52nd AIOC

With the University of Patanjali gearing up for the upcoming 52nd All India Oriental Studies Conference, slated from October 29 to 31 at the university premises in Haridwar, a meeting held here on Saturday thoroughly reviewed preparations.  According to the senor functionaries of the university, work done by various committees were reviewed and then new committees were formed, tasks were redistributed and new responsibilities were assigned.

Sharing details, the vice-chancellor, Sadhvi Devpriya said that activities related to registration, hospitality, accommodation and food arrangements, transportation, technical management, research papers and session management, publicity, media and cultural programmes among others had figured in the course of the meeting.  

The main theme of the conference is ‘Yoga, Ayurveda, and Other Ancient Medical Systems.’
In the conference, scholars and researchers will discuss topics like Yoga, Ayurveda, Indian medical system, spiritual dimension, scientific research, modern health system, Yoga psychology and integrated medicine.
“The registration process is open for distinguished scholars, students, teachers and researchers from India and abroad. Interested participants can register through the provided link,” said the VC.

Notably, the All India Oriental Conference started in 1919.
