A woman has committed suicide by hanging herself to death after being refused to go to her maternal house by the relatives. The incident took place in the Rishinagar area. The deceased woman was identified as Manita (27), wife of Mukesh Kumar. On interrogation by the police, the relatives told that she insisted on going to her maternal house, and on the refusal by the relatives, she hung herself from the ceiling fan. The relatives took her to the hospital, where she was declared dead by the doctor. The deceased woman was the second wife of Mukesh. The police are investigating the matter.
