The principal secretary RK Sudhanshu has directed the State administration to complete the announcements made by the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami for Champawat on a priority basis.
He gave the direction while chairing a review meeting at the State secretariat on Monday.
In the meeting, the PS directed department heads to review the CM’s announcements every week and departmental secretaries to review them every 15 days to ensure their timely completion and effective monitoring. He also directed the appointment of nodal officers at the departmental level and regular updating of the portal.
While reviewing the pending departmental announcements of Champawat assembly constituency year-wise since 2021, Sudhanshu said that the officers should take the CM announcements seriously and ensure their completion on priority basis. He said that as per the instructions of the CM, government orders should be issued soon for the announcements for which government orders have not been issued. All the departments should complete the process of adjusting or deleting the announcements through mutual coordination and a copy of the related information should also be made available to the announcement cell.
Regarding CM announcement on building a special Golju corridor by combining Golu Devta, Ghorakhal and Chitai, the officers informed that the recommendation of the expenditure finance committee and the approval of the CM have been obtained. The PS thoroughly reviewed the progress made on all the announcements made by the CM for Champawat.
