To mark Mahatma Gandhi’s 156th birth anniversary slated on October 2, Gandhi Utsav ‘Samman 2025’ was inaugurated at Gandhi Bhawan Hostel at GBP University of Agriculture and Technology on Friday. All the inmates of the hostel participated in the inaugural function.
Among the dignitaries present on the occasion was the principal of the College of Agriculture, Subhash Chandra and the dean, Student Welfare, GBPUAT, A S Jeena.
On this occasion, the speakers exhorted the students to embrace the ideals embodied by Mahatma Gandhi, strengthening harmony and contributing to nation-building process.
