As part of its environment-related initiatives, the leading religious institution of the town, Shri Ram Sevak Sabha planted 101 deodar saplings along the road which leads to Naina Peak. The child artists who participate in the Ramlila besides the sabha’s office bearers planted the saplings. A sabha member said that his organisation is actively engaged in environment protection along with religious and cultural activities.
Among those present on the occasion were the Ram Sevak Sabha president Manoj Shah and vice president Ashok Shah.
