Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami awarded the additional director general of Police, AP Anshuman with the President’s Distinguished Service Medal at the State level Independence Day programme at Parade Ground on Friday.
Commander IRB II Dehradun, Shweta Chaubey, deputy superintendent of Police, Yogesh Chandra, inspector Vipin Chandra Pathak, inspector Narendra Singh Bisht, sub inspector Rakesh Chandra Bhatt, leading fireman Ajay Prakash Semwal and head constable Sunit Kumar were honoured with the chief minister’s Commendable Service Medal.
In the programme, additional superintendent of Police Shekhar Chandra Suyal, inspector Rajendra Singh Kholiya, inspector Kailash Chandra Bhatt, sub inspector Manohar Singh Rawat, sub inspector Omkant Bhushan, ASI Deepak Kumar, head constable Gopal Ram, constable Amarjeet and constable Rahul were awarded with chief minister commendable service medal for distinguished work.
Sportspersons Priya Rana, Manisha Chauhan, Rahul Sarnaliya, Amisha Chauhan, Visham Kashyap, Amit Belwal and Mehak Chauhan were also honoured by the CM in the programme.
