The Uttarakhand Vidyalaya Shiksha Parishad (UVSP) declared the results of the Class X and Class XII Result Improvement Examinations for the years 2026 (First) and 2025 (Third) on Wednesday. Education minister Dhan Singh Rawat congratulated all the students who passed the Result Improvement Exam and their parents.
The Director of Secondary Education and UVSP chairman Vinod Simalti that for the Result Improvement Examination 2026 (First), the overall pass rate for Class X was 83.13 per cent, with a pass percentage of 82.61 per cent for boys and 84.34 per cent for girls. In contrast, the overall result for Class XII was 73.35 per cent, which includes a pass percentage of 71.20 per cent for boys and 76.07 per cent for girls. He added that following the result of the Improvement Examination, the overall result figures for the board examinations have also improved.
Simalti further said that in the results of the 2025 Result Improvement Examination (Third), the overall pass rate for Class X was 66.67 per cent, with boys achieving a pass rate of 71.88 per cent and girls at 57.89 per cent. For Class XII, the overall pass rate was 58.70 per cent, with boys passing at a rate of 61.54 per cent and girls at 55.00 per cent.
