THDC India Limited (THDCIL) is organising the two-day HR Confluence- Vimarsh 2025- at its state-of-the-art Takshashila HRD Centre here which started on Monday. THDCIL sources said that the event brings together eminent HR professionals, thought leaders and senior executives from across sectors to deliberate on the future of human resource practices.
The chairman and managing director, THDCIL, R K Vishnoi congratulated the Team HR, THDCIL for organising the event of national importance, adding that it would play a vital role in shaping the discourse on people-centric growth. He further said that in today’s rapidly changing landscape, HR stands at the very forefront of organisational transformation with people being regarded as the true drivers of growth and excellence.
Among the dignitaries present during the inauguration were the director (Personnel), THDCIL, Shallinder Singh and the director (HR), Grid India, Paresh Ranpara. Singh stated that the name of THDCIL HR summit, Vimarsh, is a Sanskrit word that translates to deliberation or discussion.
