In a bureaucratic reshuffle, the State government transferred 25 officers of Indian Administrative Services (IAS) and Provincial Civil Services (PCS) cadre on Wednesday. The Municipal Commissioner Dehradun Manuj Goyal has been transferred and posted as Additional secretary rural development.
Similarly the charge of CDO Nainital has been taken away from Sandeep Tiwari. However he will continue to hold the assignment of Managing Director (MD), KMVN. The CDO, Pithoragarh, Varun Chaudhary has been transferred to Haridwar as Municipal Commissioner. Abhinav Kumar will be the new CDO of Chamoli while Nandan Kumar functioning as joint magistrate Mussoorie has been transferred to Pithoragarh as its new CDO. In the transfer list deputy collector Pithoragarh, Divesh Shasni has been transferred to Roorkee as joint magistrate while deputy collector Chamoli Deepak Saini will be the new joint commissioner of Mussoorie.
In other transfers additional director urban development Ashok Kumar Pandey has been sent to Nainital as CDO while the CDO of Chamoli Lalit Narayan Mishra will be the additional director urban development.
The additional CEO, smart city Dheradun and staff officer, chairman revenue board, SS Rana will be the new Additional District Magistrate (ADM) of Rudraprayag. The ADM Rudraprayag Vir Singh Budhiyal has been transferred to Dehradun as additional municipal commissioner Dehradun. The General Manager, GMVN Anil Gabriyal has been shifted as GM ( administration) of Uttarakhand Transport corporation. He will also hold the additional responsibility of staff officer Revenue board.
The municipal commissioner Haridwar Dayanand Saraswati has been transferred to Dehradun as GM, GMVN and ACEO, Uttarakhand Civil Aviation Development Authority (UCADA). The director employment, Haldwani B S Chalal has been transferred to Rudrapur as director Mandi Parishad. Similarly Rajkumar Pandey who was attached in the office of Commissioner Kumaon has been transferred to Chamoli as deputy collector. The deputy collector Chamoli RS Jwantha has been shifted to Haridwar as deputy collector. Similarly deputy collector Pithoragarh Anil Shukla has been transferred to Rudraprayag as deputy collector.
The government has appointed Varuna Agarwal, Anamika and Ashish Kumar Mishra as deputy collector Almora, Pauri and Pithoragarh respectively after completion of their training at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) Mussoorie. The deputy collector Pauri Smrita Parmar has shifted to Dehradun as deputy secretary Uttarakhand information commission while additional secretary health Garima Raunkali has been transferred as additional secretary irrigation and micro irrigation.
