In latest news from Uttarakhand, a Prantiya Rakshak Dal (PRD) jawan sustained bullet injuries in his stomach under suspicious circumstances when he was doing checking duty for the excise department. The incident happened in Amkheri village at about 10 pm. Bullets tore a hole right through the wall of his stomach.
The injured jawan is identified as Aditya and given his serious condition, he was rushed to a higher medical centre. Police are investigating the case.
