Over 1 L registered for Patanjali Civil Services Academy

Patanjali Civil Services Academy has so far admitted 1,000 students from across the country. Besides, over one lakh candidates have registered. Candidates from 16 states across the country, including Uttarakhand , Himachal Pradesh , Delhi , Uttar Pradesh , Rajasthan , Madhya Pradesh , Maharashtra, Bihar and Haryana, have also registered. Students in the second year of their BA are also eligible to apply, Patanjali sources said, adding that it will provide high-level preparation for both the UPSC and PCS exams.
The unique feature of this registration is that for the first time, about 50 students from Patanjali Yogpeeth have been selected, Patanjali sources informed.
Yoga guru Swami Ramdev said that those, who have passed the Prelims and Mains examination of UPSC or PCS on the basis of their hard work and talent but could not get success in the interview even after at least two attempts and want to prepare again, can also apply online. “Patanjali itself will bear the expenses of the candidates eligible for the interview, from accommodation to complete training,” Baba Ramdev said, adding that along with this, accommodation, food and other necessary arrangements will be completely free for all candidates participating in the training workshop and interviews until July-end. “Patanjali Yogpeeth will cover all expenses for this period,” Baba Ramdev announced.
