Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami inaugurated the Kanda festival in Bageshwar district on Thursday. In his address to the public, Dhami mentioned the Ayushman scheme and said that arrangements under the scheme have been made for every person of the state for a treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in a year. He also said that PM Narendra Modi has given approval to open a branch of AIIMS in Kumaon region.
