Taking cognizance of the complaints, chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has directed the chief secretary (CS) S S Sandhu to ensure that all the officers and employees reach their officers in time. He said that strict action should be taken against those coming late to the office. Dhami said that all the employees should work dedicatedly during the office hours and solve the problems of the general public without any delay. He asked the officers to ensure that they receive the phone calls of the general public and public representatives and in case they fail to do so owing to some work they should call back.
