Whistle stuck in respiratory tract of 11 year old removed after 9 months

The doctors of the ENT department of Shri Mahant Indiresh hospital here have removed a whistle trapped inside the respiratory tract of an eleven year old child. The child had engulfed the plastic whistle while playing with it nine months ago. The whistle had got trapped inside the breathing tract of the child. The doctors of ENT Department of Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital conducted successful surgery of the child via laparoscopic way. After the laparoscopic operation, the child is healthy and has been discharged from the hospital.
An eleven years old child, resident of Mori, Uttarkashi had swallowed a whistle while playing nine months ago. When the child was continuously suffering from a cough, the parents, ignorant about his condition, took the child to Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital for treatment. After investigations the ENT surgeon of the hospital Dr Apoorva Kumar Pandey along with his team conducted a successful surgery of the child on April 30. The child, fully recovered, has now been discharged from the hospital.
