Customers will be informed about various savings schemes, with new account registrations conducted throughout the day.

October 8 will be celebrated as Philately Day and Citizen-Centric Services Day. Awareness programmes will be held in schools regarding the Deen Dayal Sparsh Scholarship Scheme, alongside a Dhai Akhar letter-writing competition. Additionally, stamp-collecting competitions will be organised to promote interest in philately among young people. Aadhaar registration camps will also be set up in two schools per subdivision across each of the 35 subdivisions, they added.
