The elected president of Kumaun University Student Union, Ashish Kabdwal said that various problems students have been facing would be taken up with the university administration and resolved on priority. “The biggest problem in the university is regarding the exam results. The marks of the students are not uploaded often. Besides, we will be vocal about the problems the colleges in rural areas are facing,” he said.
He further said that they would try to give student politics a more meaningful and better direction. “We will arrange career counselling for the students,” he added.
