SHA suspends 27 private hospitals from panel of Ayushman scheme

The State Health Agency (SHA) has temporarily suspended 27 private hospitals of the State from the panel of the hospitals under the Ayushman scheme. These hospitals have been penalised for not submitting the mandatory fire safety no-objection certificate. In an order the director of SHA, Dr VS Tolia said that these hospitals will not be able to admit new patients. These hospitals however will continue to treat the admitted patients.

The hospitals suspended from the panel of Ayushman scheme include  KKBM Subharti hospital Dehradun, Anand hospital and research centre Khatima, Devbhoomi hospital Haridwar, Dr Turna surgical hospital Sitarganj, Govind hospital Jogiwala Dehradun, Krishan hospital and critical care centre Udham Singh Nagar, Mahajan hospital Rudrapur, Maharaja Agrasen charitable hospital Rudrapur, Ojas hospital Jwalapur, Pagia hospital Kashipur, Panacea hospital  Rishikesh, Pragya hospital Jhabreda, Haridwar, Prayas hospital Khatima, Sahota super speciality hospital  Udham Singh Nagar, Swastik hospital Kashipur, Chardham hospital Dehradun, Devkinandan hospital Kashipur, Dr Kohli laparoscopic multi speciality hospital Rishikesh, Joshi multi speciality  Selaqui Dehradun,  Life line super speciality Ranipur Haridwar, Naveen hospital Roorkee, Netram eye care Dehradun, Panacea hospital Dharampur Dehradun, Shree Ram eye care and nursing home Rudrapur, Spandan heart centre Rishikesh and Sparsh hospital at Khatima in Udham Singh Nagar.
