Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has said that the next budget session will be held in Bharadisain, Gairsain. He also said that the duration of the budget session will be 15 days. The CM made this announcement during a meeting with the BJP MLAs at his office in Bharadisain on Friday. The statement of the CM on holding a 15-day long budget session in Gairsain assumes significance because the opposition always accuses the government of ignoring Gairsain. On the second day of the monsoon session the opposition Congress led by Leader of Opposition (LoP) Yashpal Arya and Manglaur MLA Qazi Nizamuddin tried to corner the BJP government on the less number of sittings of Vidhan Sabha.

Interacting with the media persons later, the CM said that the monsoon session was conducted in a smooth manner. He said that the supplementary budget passed during the session will help in taking forward the welfare and other schemes of the government. Dhami said that the State government is focusing on increasing revenue and the collection from mining, excise and stamp duties is increasing appreciably. The CM said that the government is endeavouring to provide a positive environment for the coming generations.
