Former CMs of BJP questioning own Govt in U’khand: Dasauni

The chief spokesperson of Uttarakhand Congress, Garima Dasauni has said that the former chief minister Trivendra Singh Rawat has exposed the BJP government of the State on the issue of law and order. She said that Rawat has expressed concern on increasing crime against women and has questioned the functioning of the State police. Dasauni said that the Congress party is consistently raising the issue of deteriorating law and order situation in the State and increasing crime against women and the statement of the former CM supports the stand taken by the Congress. She added the former CMs Ramesh Pokhariyal Nishank and Trivendra Singh Rawat have also expressed concern on the claim made by Khanpur MLA Umesh Kumar in the State Assembly that the Gupta brothers are planning to topple the State government with a sum of Rs 500 crore. She added that Nishank has also raised a question mark over the role of the speaker.
