Joshi stresses on completion of construction of U’khand largest community building on time

The State Cabinet minister Ganesh Joshi directed the officials concerned to complete the construction of Uttarakhand’s largest community building in Garhi Cantt within the stipulated time frame. He said this while inspecting the under-construction building on Wednesday. The construction project, which is being carried out at a cost of over Rs 10 crore, was announced by the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.
During the inspection, the minister provided essential guidelines to the officials from the executing agency and emphasised the importance of adhering to the schedule. He expressed gratitude to the CM, noting that the State government has been working consistently to enhance public facilities across Uttarakhand.
Once the construction of the community building is completed, it will serve as a valuable resource for the residents of the Garhi Cantt area, particularly for weddings and social events.
Joshi further said that the largest community building is expected to be dedicated to the people in January next.
Meanwhile, the functionaries from the Dakra Bazaar Vyapar Mandal met Joshi and discussed the issue of bridge construction in the area. In response, he contacted the Disaster secretary by phone and directed necessary actions be taken promptly. He assured the traders that the construction of the bridge would commence soon.
