To mark the completion of five years of the formation of the Union Ministry of Cooperation, Cooperative Week is being organised across the country from June 29 to July 6.
Along with the rest of the country, the week is being observed in Uttarakhand too.
On the first day of the week, ‘Cooperative Pledge’ was taken in all the cooperative institutions operating across Uttarakhand. In the same sequence, at the headquarters of Udham Singh Nagar District Cooperative Bank in Rudrapur, the general manager of the bank, Sandeep Kumar administered the oath of cooperation to the bank officers, employees and the account holders present. Among others present on this occasion, the bank’s deputy general manager, Shubham Rawat aside from the employees and account holders.
Along with this, the cooperative oath taking was organised in all the branches of the bank located across the district.
